Customers. Tech. Growth.
Managing Partner at EY.
Intro
We thrive. It starts with a purpose to inspire, challenge and enable leaders and businesses to thrive. That is what I enjoy and that is what I do.
Work
My career is focused on how to profitably serve customers by deeply understanding what they need, want and will pay for.
Delivering fair value with an outstanding customer experience that is enabled by technology, is a story of sustained, profitable growth.
My values draw me to organisations that have a clear purpose, strong values and people who do the right thing. Including, attracting and nurturing the best talent from diverse backgrounds.
I have a preference for innovation and change. Technology is fundamental to how businesses deliver value. We will never have less technology than we have today.
Increasingly, you don’t understand business if you don’t understand tech. Many organisations are falling short on their ability to successfully govern and execute technology enabled change. As technology capability accelerates, the knowledge gap between board members, executives and employees is widening. That is not OK.
